Dignity and Dying will be discussed completely with professionals and healthcare workers from the Hospice community. The role of the Acupuncturist within a team approach and supporting family members with TCM. Define and describe the philosophy of palliative care and end-of-life care, and how to utilize the philosophy to make sure no part of caring for your patient with a life-limiting illness is overlooked. Students will be competent in defining and describing how to assess emotional and spiritual Qi.
